Referral Process
At Coghlan Lodges, clients can be admitted on either long term (without time limit) or short term basis, for a period of based on a thorough need based assessment, with a written report or recommendation or on hospital trial leave. All referrals must be made in the form of an application form by a social worker, care coordinator or are presentative of the funding authority for the prospective client. The fees for each client are determined individually based on assessment.
